Dog Safety
You will learn:
- When NOT to approach a dog. Canine body language that means, “Stay away from me or else!”
- Why a dog’s temperament can change if they are in their car or in their yard.
- The five most common mistakes people make which result in a dog bite.
Disaster Planning for Your Pets
You will learn:
- The most common pet mistakes people make when facing an emergency.
- Why you should never leave your pets at home if you evacuate.
- How to locate your pets after a disaster.

For shelters, sanctuaries and rescue organizations
Emergency Animal Rescue: Our FEMA certified, emergency animal rescue employees are available for domestic travel. Please contact: deployment@pawsintraining.com to obtain deployment documentation.
Helping Hands: We believe that all dogs can be rehabilitated and despite behavioral problems, deserve a home of their own. If you have special needs residents, or one who would be more adoptable with training, we would love to volunteer our services. We’re working together to ensure that all dogs find a good home.
